How to Sustainably Publish Two Books a Year

You’ve probably seen indie authors rapid release books and think “how do you do that?” I know I wondered for a long time. I even asked several authors, all of whom were kind to respond and willing to share, but most never found time in their busy schedules.

So I created my own. I created my own publishing schedule with the intention of being able to write slowly. Because, well, life happens. And life happens a lot in my house. As a working SAHM of two littles and another on the way, it’s vital for me to find a sustainable publishing schedule.

Over the weekend, I sat down and planned out all of my writing projects through 2032. And you know what surprised me about it? It reignited my zeal for writing.

Each project is carefully thought through and intentionally planned. I created an 18-month publishing schedule for novels, a 12-month publishing schedule for novellas, and a 3-month publishing schedule for my short stories.

And I’m not gatekeeping. I’m so excited about how well this can work for others, that I’m giving these schedules away for free. Make a copy and fill in your projects all on one sheet.
